- 2 service crew throughout the event
- Post-event clearing and dismantling
Event Notes
- Menu is planned for 50 adults and 20 children
- White rice will be prepared at approximately 20% of adult quantity
- Final setup area must be accessible before the event
- Client to provide a suitable power point and water access where required
- Final guest count is subject to confirmation before the event date
Recommended presentation: Adult buffet and kids’ corner will be arranged as two clearly separated sections so that children can access their food easily without interrupting the main buffet flow.
