Terms of Service

Welcome to LuxCatering2U.com. By utilizing our services, you are entering into a professional service agreement with Lux Catering. These terms are designed to ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence and operational reliability for your event.

1. The Lux Quality Standard

All services provided by Lux Catering are governed by our Protein-Density Mandate. We guarantee that our menus are prepared without "starch-traps" or low-cost carbohydrate fillers. We prioritize premium, hormone-free poultry and heritage-sourced proteins to ensure your event reflects the high standards of your organization.

2. Service Availability

We specialize in high-stakes corporate and private catering across the Greater Klang Valley, including Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), Petaling Jaya, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, and Damansara. Availability is subject to kitchen capacity and event requirements.

3. Booking & Financial Commitment

  • Confirmation: A booking is only finalized upon the receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit.

  • Payment: Full balance payment is required 72 hours (3 business days) prior to the event date unless otherwise specified in a corporate credit agreement.

  • Methods: We accept bank transfers and major credit/debit cards.

4. The "Final Pax" & Modification Policy

To maintain our procurement standards for fresh, high-grade ingredients:

  • Increases: You may increase your guest count up to 48 hours before the event, subject to ingredient availability.

  • Reductions: The Minimum Guaranteed Headcount must be finalized 72 hours prior to the event. We cannot offer refunds for a decrease in pax count after this window, as sourcing and preparation will have already commenced.

5. Food Safety & Optimal Consumption

To ensure the peak flavor profile and safety of our fusion cuisine, all buffet items are intended for consumption within 3 hours of delivery or setup. Lux Catering maintains strict Halal-certified protocols and temperature controls until the point of service. We are not liable for food quality or safety issues arising from consumption after this recommended window.

6. Cancellation & Postponement

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking (minus a 10% administrative fee).

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable due to the specialized, perishable nature of our premium sourcing.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we pride ourselves on punctuality, Lux Catering is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, traffic accidents, or force majeure events. In such cases, our priority is proactive communication and resolution.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
