CPM Daily Meal Programme 2026/2027
Structured breakfast, lunch and dinner catering for 45 participants at Dewan Tun Perak, Kolej Kediaman Pertama.
A clear daily structure, built around the client’s preferred menus.
The proposal follows the supplied CPM daily meal schedule. Special-event meals under Jamuan Khas and dry-food supplies are intentionally excluded and will be quoted separately.
Simple rates for every scheduled meal.

Daily setup shown transparently, with middle-day charges waived.
Within each continuous service week, the first active buffet day and final active buffet day remain chargeable. Middle service days receive a full RM250 continuity discount because the buffet equipment remains at the venue.

Operational scope.
Included
- Meals according to the client-supplied daily menu schedule.
- Buffet warmers, serving utensils, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery and tissues.
- Warm drinking water, condiments and basic washing equipment.
- Standard packed-food containers and cutlery where expressly required.
- One dedicated service crew across scheduled meal periods.
Important Notes
- Pricing is based on 45 pax per meal unless otherwise confirmed.
- Jamuan Khas and dry-food supplies are excluded and will be quoted separately.
- Final billing will follow confirmed pax, dates, meal formats and service times.
- Changes to venue, schedule or access requirements may affect transport and manpower.
- Water, electricity and a suitable washing area are to be provided at the venue.
- Lost or damaged equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
